Ronnie
Coleman (2002), Arnold Schwarzenegger (1975)
By now this image has proliferated the net.
It illustrated perfectly the different standards two different
eras of bodybuilding. Ronnie is 5'11" and 247 pounds in
this shot while Arnold is 6'1" and 225 pounds. |

Dorian
Yates (1995), Ronnie Coleman (2001), Arnold Schwarzenegger (1974)
One area where bodybuilders have made significant
improvement over the past 30 years is back. Dorian's back started
a rennaissance of sorts, where backs became a make-or-break
bodypart. Ronnie conitnued this tradition. Interestingly, considering
that it was not considered one of his stronger bodyparts, Arnold's
holds its own here. |
